September 24, 2003 Concord, NC- TJ Bell will drive the No.53 Pro Motion/ A Special Wish Foundation Ford at Las Vegas this Saturday. Bell, a Raybestos Rookie of the Year contender filled in for Briggs this past week at Fontana. Briggs, also a Raybestos Rookie contender, drove the No. 51 truck for owner Rick Ware.

"First of all, I'm not retiring," said Briggs who finished 14th in the season opener at Daytona. "My business has taken off, and has required more of my attention recently."

"TJ was available, and it just seemed like a good fit for Fontana and Las Vegas," added Briggs.

Bell finished 30th at Fontana while battling a fuel pick up problem, but gained valuable Superspeedway experience in the process. Briggs finished a solid 19th
as a last minute substitute for Rick Ware.

"I can't thank Randy and his whole crew enough for making this opportunity possible," said Bell whose best finish of the year was 12th at Dover. "This past month has been difficult. First my Dad (Tim Sr.) was seriously hurt in a motorcycle accident, then Team Racing representative Pam Lippard called to tell me that Team Racing could not afford to race me for the rest of the year. It was a difficult few weeks," added Bell whose Dover result was a NASCAR best for Team Racing owner Phil Bonifield.

"Dad is out of the hospital and back home recovering, and I'm ready to represent A Special Wish Foundation and our guest Dusty Dalton at Las Vegas this weekend," said Bell.
