Heading back to Gateway International Raceway for the fourth time, TJ Bell was ready to settle some unfinished business a t the track. Bell had experienced great runs at GIR but never was able to finish a race. He felt confident this weekend would turn that streak around after seeing how good his truck felt after practice. Bell qualified fifth for the Copart 200 and was having another good run going until bad luck bit him again.

Bell at Gateway…The Copart 200 will mark TJ Bell’s fourth start at Gateway International Raceway. In three previous starts Bell has experienced his share of bad luck, finishing 28th, 24th, and 29th due to accidents and transmission failures. He is hoping for a better result this weekend since he will be racing the same chassis he sat on the outside pole and finished seventh with at Iowa Speedway.
